Delivery time:

We will endeavour to send items from our Shop within 3 working days of receiving order payment if they are in stock (things usually go out within 2).

Delivery times depend on location. These are estimates:

EU - 2-4 working days from date of postage

UK - 7-10 working days from date of postage

USA/ROW - 7-10 working days from date of postage

Orders made to measure - bespoke historical items will be shipped as soon as they are completed. We always notify you either via text, message on social media or email.

Shoes - usually 3-4 months

Purses and other accessories - usually 1-2 months

Pattens - usually 1-2 months

Delivery method / Tracking:

Standard shipping is by Slovak Post International parcel tracked and signed for and where available Tracked/Signed or both will be used.

Insurance

It is not always possible to have goods fully insured. If you would like a quote for this please add this to your notes on your order and you will be billed separately if necessary.

Tax and Customs

Please note all duty and Tax is required to be paid by the customer in their destination country. This may be required by customs before delivery but we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to non payment of tax/duty or items being stopped at customs.

Parcels up to 2 kg + insurance up to €500 (shoes) :

Slovakia: €4.50

EU: €24
