Service Description

Juraj's theoretical research and practical experimental experience with medieval techniques, material and footwear designs started in 1995 . Over the years he gathered knowledge, know-how and many stories to share. This session can last anything from quick 20 minutes intro - up to a whole day workshop with slides and notes to take, practical experience and hand outs of real objects and replicas, as well as team work, application and discussions. The talk is engaging, hands on and suitable for audience interested in history, fashion, reenactment or simply shoes. Topics of these talks are based on requirement: - Footwear throughout ages - Designs and features of footwear in a certain period - Social and demographic meaning and importance of shoes in a certain era - How to buy/ make the right shoes for your reenactment... etc. Terms and conditions - on agreement.
